‘C1’ Apartments

Our exciting new development now has 34 of the 65 apartments sold. With only 31 remaining, it is clear Chermside is fast becoming known as a regional hub of Brisbane.

Over 8 levels, ‘C1’ contain a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments plus ground floor commercial premises with lift access to all levels.

Spacious living areas with open plan designs will appeal to all with finishes of the highest standard including stone bench tops, European appliances, ducted air-conditioning & spacious balconies. Plus with resort style facilities to finish off the package… 10m salt water pool, BBQ area, equipped gymnasium and a residents lounge and media room, which would be a great meeting place to mingle with your new neighbours.

Construction Update

Well we have had a slow start to the construction of C1 apartments due to very unusual weather & prolonged periods of rain. This has caused us to be approximately 4-5 weeks behind schedule which will push us over the Christmas and New Year period. Whilst I write this newsletter we are having some quite nice weather and we are seeing progress each and every day. We will be very happy to see the first poor of concrete on the lower basement slab which will then give us more accurate time lines. We do apologise for the delay but will keep the pressure on the construction crew and are looking at a March 2011 completion.

Profile

Chermside residents have witnessed a transformation in the suburbs lifecycle in recent years. The continual growing expansion of Chermside through new residential & commercial developments will see the increasing attraction to the younger population. Whilst housing prices in the area are rising, Chermside is still extremely affordable compared to other suburbs located around major shopping centres such as Mt Gravatt, Indooroopilly & Carindale. Demand for property within walking distance of the Westfield Shopping Centre expansion will certainly increase momentum of the local market.
