Compared to units in other (non-Opalyn) developments that I viewed whilst making my decision on where to buy, the finishes and craftsmanship in C1 are head and shoulders above.

This was my first property purchase, and I’m extremely satisfied with the choice I made. Correspondence with Opalyn has been friendly, clear and prompt at all times, and it seems that you really care about the developments you’re building and the people moving into them, which is definitely refreshing.

I’m going to keep an eye on future developments you’re involved with, and I’ve already passed on my praise to family and friends.

His manner has been professional, efficient and pleasant at all time, so much that we have given him the option to enter our apartment any time he needs to. That is the trust he has built with us.

Our experience in purchasing our unit in Central Park North was exciting, uncomplicated and
pretty much straight forward, guided by estate agents Position Property and also the assistance of Ross, John & Darren Tomarchio as developers.

Inspections of the unit (more than one) and queries asked of the developers were quickly and correctly answered which made our decision to buy so much easier.

As a resident owner in CPN for the last 3 years, I also witnessed the construction take place of Park Lane units and was particularly impressed by the building and site standards that were maintained during erection.

Of particular note was site cleanliness and coordinated approach to erecting the building. This gave me a great sense confidence knowing that Central Park North would have been constructed in the same manner. Ross, John and Darren are to be commended in their approach to high rise unit

After looking around for quite some time for an apartment to buy in the Chermside area, I decided on The Saville Row development due to its decent size and value for money. Other one bedroom apartments just didn’t compare in terms of the space they offered or their floor plan layout. The kitchen is a full size one with large pantry - something many other developments didn’t offer for their one bedroom apartment designs.

I’ve also been very impressed with how quick and professional Opalyn have been with any repairs to be made on the defects list. Having Mario, their foreman on site, for those first couple of months after moving in has been great. If we’ve ever had any questions he’s always been super helpful to deal with. It makes moving into a brand new premise, that much more enjoyable.

Overall I’d definitely recommend Opalyn, if you’re considering purchasing a brand new apartment.

We were lucky enough to find Acqua Apartments in time to choose the apartment of our choice, before construction had begun. Throughout the construction process, we were able to follow the building stages on Opalyn’ s Facebook page, which was very exciting and it was great to be able to see it growing and nearing completion.

Opalyn were very accommodating when we asked if we could get certain measurements checked and with any variations we requested. Their on-site foreman, John Gangemi, was extremely helpful and allowed us access to our apartment before it was completed, so we could see how it was coming along.

Throughout the construction phase, contact with John Tomarchio and his wonderful assistant, Tracey Owens, was always easy and they were always happy to assist with any enquiries we had along the way, and even after completion of Acqua. We feel that they went over and above what we would have expected and it was nice to have that personal touch from the developer, rather than dealing with a huge organisation.

The quality of finishes in the apartment, the layout and our huge balcony are all excellent and we are thrilled with our new home.

Despite not living in an apartment previously, we are really pleased that we’ve made the lifestyle change and would highly recommend the Opalyn Property Group.
