Welcome to our Christmas edition of the Opalyn Property Group Newsletter for 2010.
The holiday season is upon us again. It’s been an exciting and busy year with many ups & downs with the weather, however, our C1 development is coming together.
Construction Update
Construction of our C1 apartments over the last month has been progressing quite nicely.
Level 7 is now poured with only the roof to go on to complete the package. Columns are now complete for the roof structure plus internal walls are going up ready to be poured on Friday.
Ground Floor:
Carpentry fit outs have commenced on this level plus with doors, architrave and skirting being installed, waterproofing to bathrooms and ensuites and tiling all underway on this level, plus kitchen fit-outs are due this week.
Level 1, 2 & 3 have also had doors, architrave and skirting installed plus waterproofing to bathrooms and ensuites.
Level 4 is now in the process of the framing being installed and hopefully will be finished next week ready for sheeting.
Externally, barricades are down and as a result the commercial area has a great new look.

Our office will be closed from Thursday 23rd December & re-opens on Tuesday 4th January 2011
